TO observes Austin

The Texas Observer, one of Austin’s locally published and nationally known periodicals, takes an affectionate look at Beverly’s on South Congress in its latest issue. There’s a short prose appreciation by Melissa Del Bosque and a showcase of some evocative Alan Pogue photographs. Availability is via the newstand, not the Web. The Observer has also inaugurated a collaborative blog, The Texas Legislative Observed. And it’s seeking a versatile person to be an all-in-one art director and webservant.
