In this case, maybe using a Taser wasn’t such a bad idea: “Austin police say the suspect, Christopher Maxwell, walked into a daycare in the 2400 Wheless Lane around 11:30 Monday morning and ate someone’s lunch. An employee confronted the suspect who then became agitated and took off all his clothes.”
