For those students who waited too long to get three-day passes (and want to avoid eBay and Craigslist), the Austin City Limits Festival is selling a limited number of $105 passes to high school and college students who have their IDs next week. The special passes will be sold next Tuesday at the Starbucks on 24th and Neuces Sts. (By the way, Craigslist policy prohibits scalping, and they’ve gotten a little more aggressive at cracking down on those who are flagged.)
