Don’t Listen to 590 AM?

I was driving back from Houston tonight when I see this white billboard with black stencil letters that says don’t listen to 590 am. Then as I pass lamar (on 2222) I see the same sign again.

Does anyone know what these signs are about? Just wondering.

    I beg to ask the same question - is it like reverse psychology? Gettin people to listen out of curiousity…
