UT students voted overwhelmingly to support a change in UT policy for the penalities of possession of marijuana. The referendum calling on the University to equalize penalties for student use and possession of alcohol and marijuana passed by 64% and was just announced to a bunch of stoned college students taking bong hits on campus.
