This morning, graceful runners were to be seen everywhere, from the campus area on down to the river, all wearing their warmups and here for the relays. There were tour buses at all the close-in hotels, most not mere charters but school-owned vehicles with giant logos on the sides. And now the sounds of the Urban Music Fest are in the air, which is fresh and beautiful. This is just another glorious spring day to be outdoors in Austin.
