Tomorrow from 10 am to 3 pm at Festival Beach (just east of IH-35 on the waterfront), the dragon boat races return for the eighth year, along with lion dancers, exhibitions of martial arts, dance performances, music, sales of crafts, and authentic festival foods from many Asian cultures. Admission is free and this is always a wonderful family event.
