In my dancing days, I was a lindy hop and hip hop devotee. I also dabbled in salsa, Texas two-step, Argentine tango, tap, West African dance, bellydance, and even Irish step dancing. I got over my dancing addiction (12-step pun anyone?) when the knees protested to the point I had to see a doctor. But this weekend, I’m excited to revisit my old habits with the Dancehall Reggae Party at Copa Bar & Grill tomorrow. Jamaican food, music, and dance…what could be better?
