A parking truce
The powers that be said, “Let there be parking,” and there was parking. The football celebrators will arrive first tomorrow but they’ll find that two parking garages have been reserved for operagoers. Parking won’t be free, but it will be available. And for those who don’t care to brave the scrum, KMFA radio, 89.5 FM, will simulcast the matinee performance of Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk beginning at three o’clock in the afternoon. There will be no scrimmages in the parking lots. There will be special reserved parking for the disabled.
