Today is Primary Day! Get your coveted sticker and wear it with pride. That is, unless you are sitting out the primaries to sign the petition for either Carole Keeton Strayhorn or Kinky Friedman. Remember, if you vote today you cannot sign their petitions. (You can still help them gather signatures, you just can’t sign it)

Unlike other parts of the state there are not a lot of contested races here in Austin, but voting is just about the most important duty you have as a citizen. So, excercise it!
