Bus-riders beware! The signs were up this past weekend, but I forgot until today that Capital Metro will be forced to detour many downtown bus routes in deference to the AMLI Criterium. There’ll be two-wheelers going round and round. I’m not sure that this has been publicized to any great extent, and the route changes are not up at the CapMetro detour site. Most are express buses, but some of the biggies affected are 3 Burnet/Manchaca, 10 South First, and 29 Barton Hills. The route is shown in this big Adobe PDF file (Second, Colorado, Third, and San Antonio, which means that Guadalupe and Lavaca are within the area).
