I seem to complain about food a lot on this blog but this isn’t one of those posts. I sing the praise of Which Wich on the drag. I love Which Wich. I know it’s a chain but it seems to be a small chain, operating mostly in the south, so I guess it’s growing.

I’m one of those people who gets the same thing every single time so this time I was unpleasantly surprised to see that my wicked wich with mayo, Dijon mustard and avocado was somehow slathered in olives AND pickles, which, for the record, is an…interesting comination. I wouldn’t have been a pain about it and taken it back, but I was really hungry and I can’t stand olives.

So I take it back to them and say it’s not my sandwich, and without a word of dissent I was given a new sandwich within about 5 minutes (even though they were slammed), a free cookie and a coupon for a free sandwich. That’s pretty awesome a place thats really busy and isn’t hurting for my business at all. Their timeliness was much appreciated, especially since we students have maybe 30 minutes to get and eat our lunch between classes. I just wanted to praise their great customer service and rapidly made yet totally delicious food. Yay Which Wich!
